Tis the season to be jolly! December is here, and 2025 is coming to an end. This year has been an exciting one, and TREPO has accomplished so much to strengthen and improve our community.
We began 2025 by tackling the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, which left its mark in 2024. Thanks to the hard work of Glenn Hunter and Vernon Goad, countless hours were spent clearing downed trees, repairing fences, removing brush and debris, and restoring the cemetery.
Significant improvements were also made to our facilities. Heating and air conditioning were installed in the A-frame and maintenance room, and the clubhouse at Hodor Park received beautiful renovations. Additionally, a handicap-accessible ramp was added at the Suwannee Boat Ramp bathrooms.
When we renovated the clubhouse, we painted all three buildings at Hodor. The same beautiful aqua color was used to paint the bathrooms at Suwannee boat ramp and the pavilion at Brennan Park.
Throughout the year, we hosted several community events, including our 5th annual Easter party, Halloween celebration, and Christmas extravaganza. These gatherings remind us of the power of community spirit.
There is so much more that TREPO and our members have achieved, and it all started with neighbors coming together to make our community one of the best in Columbia and Suwannee counties. A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer who dedicated time and effort without you, Three Rivers wouldn’t be as strong as it is today.
We’re excited to see what 2026 brings! Wishing each of you a blessed and safe holiday season |
