We’re excited to share important information regarding TREPO membership, Key Days, and updates for 2026.

Membership & Pricing

• 2026 Membership Rate: $175 per year
  Due to ongoing legal challenges and related costs, we’ve simplified the structure into a single membership rate for all members this year.

Membership and park access will continue to operate as they did last year.

Key Day Schedule

We will be holding the first two Key Day sessions:

• Friday, May 29, 2026: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday, May 30, 2026: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Additional dates will be scheduled as needed. For out-of-town property owners, we will work with you to arrange accommodations.

Important:

• Locks will be changed on Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Eligibility

You are eligible to pay TREPO membership dues and receive park keys if:

• Your property deed includes “Three Rivers Estates”
• Your property is located in Columbia County or Suwannee County

Membership Process

• Renewing members will:
  • Pay the $175 membership fee
  • Complete a membership/renewal application to ensure current contact information
• Members will be asked to sign an agreement stating they:
  • Will abide by TREPO park rules
  • Will present their key and identify themselves if requested by a TREPO representative (board members, officers, park manager, or gate greeters)

Failure to identify oneself or present a valid key may result in revocation of park access.

Additional Notes

• Park access keys issued will be valid through December 31, 2026
• We are not requiring property owners to join or add their property to the association
• The revitalization effort is being set aside to allow property owners access under the current structure
