Certain members of Three Rivers Estates Property Owners, Inc. have called for a special meeting of the members.

The purposes stated by the members for the special meeting of the members were the following:

1. A vote to amend the Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.

2. The recall of multiple board members, officers, the park

manager position and a replacement vote for each

position recalled
