The Rumor:

TREPO Membership is Mandatory

The Facts:

Trepo membership is Mandatory for all property owners in Three Rivers Estates per the Bylaws of the community. However, you are only required to have 1 Membership per lot that you own. If you have two or more lots, you still only need one membership.

You are allowed to have a membership for each lot; however, you will not receive additional votes. You will still be limited to 1 vote.

The Rumor:

Gate Greeters make $50/Hour to check people in

The Facts:

Gate Greeters work very few hours and currently make $10/Hour. For the time they work, they do not make much doing that job, but it does help a lot in the parks. They try to keep non-members out of the park, they watch for glass, and they help to keep the peace. They are always there when a member needs them, and they are a true benefit to our parks and our community.
