Membership Renewal Process

The annual membership dues are due January 1st and late after February 28th. The membership secretary will be at the TREPO Community Center on January 17th for key pickup and membership renewal in person. Bear in mind if you have already paid, your keys will be ready for pickup, however if you pay in person the keys will be stamped while you wait, so please plan accordingly. The gate locks will be changed on January 17th and any keys not picked up on the 17th will be mailed to the mailing address on file. In addition, the membership secretary will be at the Hodor Park greeter stand on the first Saturday of the month, January - April from 9am - 1pm in order to process renewals in person.

Notice: After the second Saturday in April, the ONLY way to renew will be by mail and your key will be mailed back to you, NO EXCEPTIONS.

THREE RIVERS SECURITY COMMITTEE

The objective of the Security Committee is to deter trespassers and to assure members that these actions are for their well-being.

There will be a member at the gate. Everyone who comes to the gate will be greeted and introduced to the Board Member manning the gate. Each person entering the gate will be asked if they are a member and your membership will be checked from a current list. A list of the members visiting our parks will be kept just to become acquainted with who of us are actually using our parks and how many guest you might be bringing.

The Committee hopes to make your visit to the TREPO Parks an enjoyable family affair where you can relax and rest assured your privacy is protected.

Similar mannings will take place throughout the summer to help keep your parks free of outsiders.

If you would like to be a member of the security team, please give Jule McGee a call.
