RECOMMENDATIONS FOR OUR PARKS

I. New signs at all parks.

II. Hodor Park…located at entrance on Riverside Dr.

  • Remove large tree over restroom/clubhouse.
  • concrete slab at large pavilion.
  • Bring electric up to code at clubhouse.
  • Plumbing, fix water in sink in men’s restroom.
  • Roof at small pavilion needs silver roof coat.
  • Move main gate between the two pavilions
  • Load of hatch rock at old gate site for parking.
  • Curb stops to protect fence.
  • Addition of lean to at large pavilion.
  • Repair/replace roofs with metal for 2 small picnic tables.

III. Main Entrance…located at Hwy,27 and Riverside Dr.

  • Move the Three Rivers Estates sign across street to the bulletin board site.

IV. Mid Point Park, Point Park, and Bridge Park.

  • Mid point…located on Riverside Dr. continue straight then a abrupt left and then a right, Point Park…located at the end of Sante Fe Dr. ( the get out park)and Bridge Park…located at the end of Bridge Rd, turn left and park is on the right next to County Park
  • Brush, large limbs and fallen trees need to be burned or hauled away.

V. Suwannee Boat Ramp Park…located on River Run Dr.

  • New electric and breaker box
  • Replace boards and paint fence.
  • Signs on restrooms doors to indicate gender.

Gate was built, donated and installed by Ray Clester and Howard Birtchfield.

Looks Good!!!

VI. Brennan Memorial park…located at 284 Terrace and River Run Dr.

  • Install new gate that is being stored at storage shed next to clubhouse.
  • Fence need to be repaired on both sides of gate.
  • Place something to prevent vehicles from driving into the wet lands.
  • Brush, large limbs, fallen trees need to be burned or hauled away.
