Three Rivers Estates Property Owners, Inc. has revitalized the properties in the courthouses in Suwannee County and Columbia County and they were recorded. The Department of Commerce through the State of Florida makes this possible utilizing a process called revitalization.

Revitalization reimposes the covenants and restrictions as they existed on the day they expired. Owners of property in the community whose property has not yet been revitalized may join the newly revitalized organization starting March 28, 2026. Keys and access to the parks will continue to be available even though they have expired on January 1, 2026.

Locks will be changed on March 28, 2026. Key day will be held at the clubhouse on Riverside from 10 o’clock until 5 o’clock. Only members who have been revitalized will be eligible to receive keys.

Forms to join the association and documents will be available prior to March 28, 2026 on the TREPO website. The TREPO fish fry will be canceled this year so as to focus on key Day.
