  • Three Rivers Estates is a deed-restricted community that was established in 1957. TREPO has a board of directors that manages our beautiful parks and neighborhoods. TREPO maintains nine private parks located on the Ichetucknee and Santa Fe Rivers across two counties. Our community is "Country Living" at its best! TREPO is always striving to maintain and update our community while preserving the natural beauty and wildlife that our area has to offer.
