Members Meeting

***** Announcement ***** Saturday, October 8th is our Election Day, BBQ and Annual members meeting. At Hodor Park. Voting is from 10am – 1pm. You will need to bring your key and a picture ID to vote. You may ONLY turn in YOUR OWN ballot.  BBQ starts at 12:00pm. You can purchase tickets at the gate greeters table. $8.00 for adults and $4.00 for children. We are having pulled pork, green beans, smashed taters, bread and iced tea. Please bring a dessert to share. Annual membership meeting is at 1:30pm at the large pavilion. Members in good standing please get there early to sign in to verify that we have a quorum. At this time there is nothing to vote on, but if something comes up we will be giving a wristband to the designated voting member from your household/membership. In the event of a vote it will be easier to make sure we are only counting verified members in good standing. If you sent in a proxy form and you will now be attending the members meeting, you can revoke your proxy before the meeting. Please do so by 1:00pm.There will also be a place for you to sign up to speak before the meeting. We ask that everyone be respectful of the person speaking. We will have a microphone set up, and when you are called on please step up to the microphone so everyone can hear. Please, no yelling, hollering, screaming or disrespectful comments from your seats. Everyone deserves to be heard, even if you don’t agree with them. We can all agree to disagree if common ground can not be found.
