Dear TREPO Members,

We would like to clarify recent developments regarding the Special Meeting originally requested by 10 members of our association.

• Meeting Status: The Special Meeting will proceed as scheduled on November 29, 2025. The Board has a legal obligation to hold this meeting because it was formally requested by members in accordance with our governing documents.
• Reason for Continuation: Although the original requestors have since attempted to cancel the meeting, the official notice was already mailed to all members at significant expense. To ensure transparency and compliance with our bylaws, the meeting will take place as announced. Upon receiving the canceling notice, there would not have been enough time to send out an additional mailing to stop the meeting. Also, this would have been an added expense to the members.
• Addressing Misinformation: We are aware that some individuals are informing members that the meeting has been canceled. This is incorrect. Please rely on official communications from the Board for accurate information.
