This week all property owners in Three Rivers Estates will receive a notice stating that the Statement of Restrictive and Protective Covenants has been rerecorded in the Official Records of Columbia and Suwannee counties. This is required by Florida Statutes. These were originally filed October 7, 1990, and were good for 30 years. If they had not been rerecorded, the Restrictive and Protective Covenants would have expired. They will have to be recorded again in 30 years. This does NOT change anything with your property and requires no action on your part.
