Membership dues are going up for 2026

The Facts:

The Board talked about membership dues going up for the year 2026 if we went with a Property Management Company. Because the Board decided NOT to use a Property Management Company, the Board sees no reason to raise the dues.

The Board does, however, have a proposed budget to bring to the Members’ Meeting. The Board does listen to the Members and would love the feedback that the Members can provide.
