Does TREPO sell properties?

No.

TREPO does not buy, sell, list, manage, or broker real estate in any way.
We are not a real estate agency, and we do not participate in property transactions.

TREPO’s role is limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining the private parks
  • Overseeing membership and access to amenities
  • Caring for TREPO‑owned community property
  • Supporting recreational and community functions

All property sales are handled solely between buyers, sellers, and licensed real estate professionals—TREPO is not involved.

How can I get a copy of the By-Laws?

You can easily view or download the TREPO By‑Laws, as well as the Covenants and Restrictions, directly from our Documents Page. All governing documents are available there for members to read at any time.

As a TREPO member, you have full access to meeting minutes, treasury reports, updates, and other important documents.

All of these materials are available on our News Page, so you can stay informed even if you’re unable to attend a meeting in person.
