This video is simply the first time we’ve delivered a formal, recorded public announcement in this format, which allows everyone to hear the information directly from leadership in a clear, unified way.
We understand that not every member regularly checks the website, reads posted documents, or follows all the online updates. Creating this video was an additional step toward making the information even more accessible.
Our goal has always been — and continues to be — transparency, and this video is part of expanding how we share information with the entire membership.
