    Attention!!!!! Due to the weather forecast for tonight - The projected temperature will be around 35 degrees at 7:00 pm. The TREPO board meeting that was scheduled for tonight at 7:00 pm Hodor Park is CANCELLED. It is rescheduled for next Tuesday - December 8, 2020 at 7:00 pm. Please mark your calendars and let your neighbors know of the date change. Signs have been posted at Hodor Park. Stay warm!

    This week all property owners in Three Rivers Estates will receive a notice stating that the Statement of Restrictive and Protective Covenants has been rerecorded in the Official Records of Columbia and Suwannee counties.  This is required by Florida Statutes.   These were originally filed October 7, 1990, and were good for 30 years.  If they had not been rerecorded, the Restrictive and Protective Covenants would have expired.   They will have to be recorded again in 30 years.  This does [...]
