We are not a real estate agency, and we do not participate in property transactions.

TREPO’s role is limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining the private parks
  • Overseeing membership and access to amenities
  • Caring for TREPO‑owned community property
  • Supporting recreational and community functions

All property sales are handled solely between buyers, sellers, and licensed real estate professionals—TREPO is not involved.
