How do I reserve a Pavilion?

To reserve a pavilion, simply visit our Reservations Page and complete the reservation form. Once the form is submitted, your request will be reviewed and confirmed based on availability.

If I miss a Trepo meeting can I still get the meetings’ minutes?

Yes, absolutely!

As a TREPO member, you have full access to meeting minutes, treasury reports, updates, and other important documents.

All of these materials are available on our News Page, so you can stay informed even if you’re unable to attend a meeting in person.

When are the Board Meetings?

  • TREPO Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at 7 PM unless otherwise stated. These meetings are open to the members of our community. If you want to know what is going on in your community, these meetings are a great place to start!
