To remove Board members, Florida Statute 720 and TREPO’s governing documents require a very specific process. These required steps were not followed, and without following the legal procedure, no vote to remove Board members is valid.
Simply saying that something happened does not make it official or binding.
For a Board removal to be legitimate, it must follow the proper notice, quorum, and voting requirements — none of which occurred.
The current Board remains in place in accordance with Florida law and TREPO’s governing documents.
