No.
Dues will remain exactly the same for 2026. There are no plans to increase dues at this time.
TREPO is committed to keeping membership affordable while still maintaining our parks, boat ramps, and community amenities.
No — membership is not mandatory.
Property owners have the choice to join the TREPO Property Owners Association.
If you choose to join, you receive access to the private parks, boat ramps, and all member-only amenities.
If you choose not to join, you simply won’t have access to those parks and facilities — but there are no penalties, and TREPO does not impose any rules on non‑members outside normal county laws.
In short:
- Join the POA → You get park access
- Don’t join → That’s your choice; no access to the parks
TREPO’s role is focused on maintaining community parks — not requiring anyone to become a member if they don’t wish to.
