Trepo Minutes from September 14, 2021 Call to order by Chairman at 7:10 pm. Sammy Keen led the invocation and Glenn Hunter led the pledge of Allegiance. Annual Members Meeting Saturday, October 12th is our Election Day, BBQ and Annual Member’s Meeting. At Hodor Park. Voting is from 10am - 1pm. You will need to bring your key and a picture ID to vote. You may ONLY turn in YOUR OWN ballot. BBQ starts at 12:00pm. You can purchase tickets at the gate greeters table. $9.00 for adults and $4.00 for children.
